My husband harasses for divorce

11-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I had a court marriage with my husband after 4 years of our love relationship. He did not tell his parents n lived with his parents for 3 months. His parents came to know now after 3 months and are asking him to take a divorce from me. He has stopped taking my calls and I have no contact with him from past 6 months. What can I do now. Our marriage was kept a secret Also another guy from my office who did not know about my marriage proposed me. I had not told him about being married. I spoke with him for sometime but then stopped talking because I was not in a mental state to get in a relationship. My husband came to know about this n is now making it as an excuse to get out of marriage. I had not heard from my husband for a month when I started talking to this guy. What can I do now. Later I got to know my husband is friends with this guy and it was his plan to get out of this marriage

Have to done a legal marriage and is the marriage registered before authority. Try to have a word with ur husband and his family amicably...also u have to tell regarding the misconception of talks with other person whether it was a plan by ur own person to get separation but yes u both have to answer on that. Plan a mutual meeting between u both with ur parents and try to resolve amicably as u were having a relation since 4 years and u were married..take along all the proofs of marriage in meeting. Thanks for the word with LawRatoPartner.
