my husband gave a divorce notice. i and my daughter living in my dad house. my husband didn't giving any money or any property to me and my daughter and he is forcing to give divorce. my dad's family is poor,they can't bear me and my daughter. so i want to go my husband house. is there any possible to go. how me and my daughter can live.

since you hv received notice of divorce, you should immediately do the following:
1) File a petition in the nearest court seeking restitution of conjugal rights and
2) File a petition under section 12 of domestic violence act and seek
a) Residence orders . (i.e seeking court protection to live in husband's house and
b) protection orders (i.e seeking court protection against violence caused by your husband and in laws.
c) maintenance orders for yourself and daughter and
d) compensation for cruelty (seeking divorce without valid cause is cruelty)
and
3) Seek maintenance under 125 cr.p.c( maintenance under domestic violence is different and additional to maintenance in this section).
please contact a lawyer of your choice to pursue legal remedies. pls remember matrimonial laws are there to protect women
