MY religion is HINDU. MY HUSBAND HAVE FILED A APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 9 . BUT I HAVE NOT APPEARED IN COURT. NOW COURT HAVE PASSED A DECREE . BEFORE ONE YEAR. NOW HE FILED A APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 13. HOW TO DEFEND MY CASE FOR. NOT APPEARING IN COURT IN SECTION 9

Dear Madam,
your husband file case against you u/s 9 fir Judicial separation , and you did not appeared , and hence court passed decree ex-parte , (while not appearing).
now , if you will not appear again before court and will not defend he will get decree of divorce in his favour.
now you should defend and file the reply of his petition.
pls. consult fir the same for proper legal detection and needful action.
