My girlfriend was forcefully married to a boy on 23.05.2019 at registrar office. She was confined these many days and now we both want to marry. Pls clarify the course of action
firstly we should know the personnel feelings of your gorl friend. if she really wants to marry you then she can apply in a court for dissolution of the present wedlock. if her present husband agrees to your proposal then she can get divorce by mutual consent. If he won't agree, then file a case for cancellation and declaration of the marriage since the marriage held by using forse and wrongful confinement and with not free consent of the bride.
