MY FATHER HAD TWO WIFES AND FIRST ONE DIDN'T GIVE DIVORCE

Hello Sir, My father Passed away on 25th January2019 an my grandfather passed away on 6th Febraury2019.My Father was also married to a lady before my mother and that lady didnt given Talaak to my father till now. But today she came to our house and taken a picture of my mother. I want to know the consequences. My grandfather owns a house but now as per his will the house is now named to my mother and father jointly. As my father is no more. Can my stepmother holds a right against the property? Please answer
