My complaint was referred to mahila cell for mediation..But my husband didn't turn up there for 5 months citing pandemic reason.. Mahila cell closed the matter and sent it back to concerned police station to initiate action..FIR came to be registered 498a,,406,,,and for breach of trust..My in-laws must have come to know about the development.. They too are insisting to register fir against me on their complaint..I have left my in-laws and husband house 11 months ago...and living with my parents since then...my question is that ,,can accused force police authorities to register another complaint against the complainant in the same matter...!!!?
No one can force the police however cross complaints can be registered or other complaints can be registered under different sections and police can file fir against u on the complaint made by inlaws for further details you can call me
