Can mutual.divorce degree can appeal in highcourt What is procedure I had done my mutual divorce Without 1 year gap But lawyers had made paper wrong. Can i appeal in highcourt

Actually the Limitations for appeal in the order passed by the Family Court is 90 Days.

However, you can file a appeal by preferring Condonation of Delay by giving appropriate reason for not filling appeal.

Also you are required to set out grounds as you have mentioned that Advocates has prepared wrong papers.

Hello,
Yes you can definitely go to the high court if you feel the order being passed in not under your favor or is not proper as per your knowledge.

Whereas in your case if there not a gap of 1 year between you and your partner the petition only would be rejected at the beginning or else an objection would be raised. Where you have to clear the same than only it will be bound to acceptance.
You can appear to the registrar and rectify the same. Which will be helpful.
