A mutual consent divorce petition was filed in the family court one year back. NY wife appeared in the court for the first and second time but for the final hearing after 6 months she didn't appear and the hearing was extended. Now she demands money and also filed a false domestic violence case in mahila takrar Nivaran kaksh. Can she do this when everything was settled and a mutual divorce petition filed giving affidavit to court?
