Personal appearance is always necessary in Family Court in view of the provision of Section 13 of the Family Courts Act.

Three times personal appearance is barely required in case of Mutual Consent Divorce.

1st appearance on the date of admission.
2nd appearance on the date of conciliation
3rd appearance on the date of evidence.
