Muslim women seeking advice to file divorce with mutual consent

I am Muslim women living separately from my husband since 2 years.I want to know the procedure of filing for divorce with mutual consent?
U can file mutual divorce in 13(b), there will be 2 motions...on the 1st motion ull file the case and court will ask that’d have u both agreed in the same and want to take divorce as written in ur Petition and then will also say that u can do mediation before a judge who will help to resolve u...but only if ur interested....else court will give date of 6 months and on that date court will give u divorce and after getting divorce, after 90 days u both can marry again wherever u want.
