pl see all the muslim talaq rules are same today even except of instant three talaaq.
1.Talaq al-Sunna
2.Talaq al- Hasan
3.Talaq al-Ahsan
I personally recomend Hasan kind of Talaq which fulfils all legal requirements of the other laws of land.
in this kind of talaaq first the parties should resolve their dispute among them by calling elders of the both family and presenting their causes that why a talaq is to be maintained and if in this discourse nothing resolves between the parties fist talaq is pronounced by the husband in presence of all elders and a Maulavi who will write it in his books. after the 2nd menstruation circle of wife the husband can pronounce second talaq and in the same manner the third time talaq which will be written in the books of Kazi / Maulana and then a declaration of Talaq will be made by the Kazi with two witnesses of each party signing the talaq papers.
This kind of talaq is highly recommended and takes 3 months time to be get completed. However, cohabitation during this process after first pronounciation and first menstruation is Prohibited to complete the process. and only after t he period of iddat it gets completed and after ghat the husband can marry any other women.
