Misguiding and get signed divorce papers

What if my husband or in laws gets my signature n then present it as I have signed on divorce papers.
Will it be considered as divorce in court?
What are my rights on it.
Also staying seperate from in laws ..can I file dv case against them.
Dear queriest, as per your query you are saying that your in laws might take your sign by unknowingly or fooling you, even though they can fool you but not to the honorable court as the court will need your presence too. therefore you have to present before the court for the same argue for the same. yes you can file for Dv if there are such grounds to file DV
