Mental and financial exploration

08-Dec-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband use to take away all my salary, and use to threaten me of divorcing. He has multiple affairs. Last month he said lala, and the next day, he locked me out of the house. Ours is a special marriage, as we both are from different religion. I complained to the she team, went through the counselling. However he has put political pressure on them, they were talking on his behalf. The FIR was launched, however no action has been taken yet. What do I do? I am a Muslim, and my husband is a Hindu. We got registered in 2013.

hi
since your marriage is under special marriage act, you should file the following cases:
1) Domestic violence case in criminal court.
2) If you want to file for either divorce or restitution of conjugal rights, you should file them under relevant provisions of special marriage act in court.
