Mediator writes notes only on respondent allegations not petitioner

11-Mar-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am the petitioner filed divorce case based on dessertion and cruelty for more than 5.7 years of seperation. Got married 6 years ago. Mediation is going on 2 mediation over so far. I observed that mediator is writting notes about the false allegation from respondent and not noting my valid points from myself(petitioner) . He said the noted points wont be shared to judge . Is it true. Please let me know whether he is cheating if so where i have to mention the grievance.

Dear Madam,
The role of the Mediator is very limited. His notes never be shared with the judge. He may just subject a report whether a Mediation was fruitful resulting into compromise between the parties or failure report. Sometimes it may ended in mutual divorce. Thus in none of the cases such notes does not effect your rights.
