married man (living alone from 5yrs) can be in live-in relationship?

Hi, I married 5 years ago and my wife stayed with me for only 3 months. Later she filed a false domestic violence case which she lost. Now our divorce case is filed. It's being 5 years we are living separately and she gave in writing to the court that she doesn't want to come back.
Since divorce is pending from a long a time and I'm losing my precious years of life, can I have a live-in relationship with other women (single or married)? I need someone to support me and my old parents. Their health is not ok.
