Married a girl now her father forcing to marry again without divorce

I loved a girl. We did marriage in front of god. I put mangal sutra in her neck. No other witness. We did such marriage on 16.11.2014. then we started to live together in Chandigarh. We made contract for our marriage and get it notarized in may 2015. Her father not agreed for our marriage . We separated on July 2016. We waited for two year in hope her father will agree. Now her father forced and she married another boy. Now she support her father. Not me. Can I file suit against her? Which place will be jurisdiction place? What is time limitation for filing case?
You have written about Contract Marriage....What is written in the said contract is important. If you are able to prove anyway that you both were living as husband and wife after performing marriage in own way then there is way to challenge the marriage of her.
