Marriage of a minor girl and sexual harassment by husband

1. Hindu girl married at 16years against wishes due to immense and repeated pressure from the husband and inlaws. 2. Repeatedly raped since marriage till now which is 8.5years of married life 3. Sexual harassment from father in law and domestic violence from inlaws and husband as well as dowry harassment. 4. Should she file a case under Pocso or should she file for divorce. 5. At present living separately with parents since 9.8.17

you have not mention her present age, if she is now also a minor you can file a case under posco act and also she can file domestic violence case and at the same time she can file petition before family court to declare her marriage as null and void as she minor.
