I had my marriage two months back according to hindu marriage rituals (publicly held function). We haven't registered it yet. Do we have ANY provision to get a mutually consented legal separation without going through the regular divorce process?

However you can file the divorce petition only after one year of your marriage. Notary attested documents have no legal validity.
