On ground of mentally harassment can I get maintenance or alimony from my husband?
Hello as a wife you have the right to get maintainance from husband for maintainance ground of mental harrasment is not required though it will help the required ground that husband is not maintaining the wife and not doing his responsibility as a husband under the law.
