Maintenance by husband after separation not divorce

We have two daughters... Bt after few days my husband fight with me without any valid reason..he didn't gave any money to me...my in-laws are not supportive they torture me mentally...I don't want to gv him divorce bcoz of my kids... I want to get separated from him what r my rights kindly tell....my monthly income is 10000 we r married from last 8 years and my husband's monthly income is Amore than 1lakh Hindu
you can file a petition under section 125 CRPC against your husband for monthly maintenance for you and your children and for filing this very petition you have to engage advocate in your City. if you prove income of your husband rs. 1 lac than you will be definitely awarded rs. 30000/- per month.
