Maintenance and DV false case to get money what is the solution

My wife filed a false case of DV and case is running from last 1 year.Court denied to give interim maintenance as she is working.
Still her lawyer supporting and pushed her and she filed an petition application of maintenance under section 125 ,as they said kabhi na kabhi to dena hi padega pesa.
I dont have money for anyone my mother is paralytic still her lawyer n she is not ready to drop a case.
No money i have do i hire a govt prosecutor what should i do?.
if you are not in a position to engage an advocate you can avail free legal aid services which are provided in all the courts. you dont have to pay fees to the advocate appointed by legal aid for defending your case
