Love Marriage with consent of parents

Hello, My brother has got married in arya samaj mandir without consent of both parties parents. They had doubt that girl family will kill them or harm them hence they filled petition in high court for safety purpose. Girl family is still calling my brother and their daughter and saying that they are ready for marriage.
