Live in relation being married risks for man and girl
04-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I am a married person. I have a relationship with an un married girl and she is an adult. My wife is not willing to give me divorce after she came to know all about. Now there is no chance of mutual divorce as well neither for contest. Myself and the un married girl want to go for a live in relationship in some other city. We know that IPC 497 has been discontinued recently so there will be no risk i hope. But IPC 494 is there. Now my question would be if I and the girl decides to start living in some other city without getting married then what charges can be filed against her or me being a married person. Note : We will not marry to avoid IPC 494.also please suggest if there will be any legal risk for that girl for this case
You can very well go and marry if at all you wish to, both your wives and both children from both wives will get share of your property and assets, though as per law the second marriage will be null and void but it needs to be proved by your 1st wife upon trial which will take years and years
