Legal Notice Is Not Being Received

I have sent my husband a legal notice but the notice is not being received by his father telling his son is not at home. What should i do?
if he is working in some other place aur is a government or private employee then you can send a legal notice on is office address to be serviced through his superior even after this if he does not receives the notice you can file suit before the family court the relevant provisions
