Legal action if husband is providing maintenance inspite of orders

09-Jan-2023 (In Divorce Law)
My husband is not ready to give maintenance for our two childrens. Court gave order that he has to pay 4k per child per month. But he denied as he said he is not working and not capable to give maintenance of 8K per month. But he is lying. he is computer engineer and very much stable, financially stronger than me. Now the thing he is going to apply in high court for stay.. and my lawyer suggest me to file caveat in court. Is caveat needed??

Yes caveat is needed, because from that your husband will be restricted from filing for Stay in the High Court. And you can bring to the notice of the Court that after the Order of the Court still he is not paying the maintenance.
