JOINT AGREEMENT THROUGH MEDIATION MARRIAGE ANNULMENT BASED ON NON CONS

1) Marriage was one month old 2) she lived in matrimonial home for 16 days and was arrogant and quarrelsome daily 3) Left home and filed police complaint under section 498a stating husband was impotent and family asking dowry and doing domestic violence 4) then husband getting anticipatory bail in high court and the case is moved to mediation 5) Both attend and the girl demanding 21 lakhs towards marriage expenses , ailmony and maintenance 6) My lawyer and her lawyer joined together and stating 7) To arrive at a settlement agreement - Complaint is to be withdrawn - No further claims or complaints - exchange of gold articles - Marriage to be annulled or nullified adding the clause that marriage was not consummated and both of them never lived as husband and wife Both lawyers tell that they can get annulment through this clause they are telling not mentioning impotent. Kindly suggest to proceed further paying21 lakhs. Will it affect my future marriage prospects.
