Is wife has right of 50% in husband's pension in case of military laws

In military divorce case in India, is the spouse of 27 years of marriage authorised 50% of the husband's pension and,medical benefits like the US federal law for ex spouse protection act? Being a Christian.
Provisions for divorce pertaining to Christians is provided in the Indian Divorce Act. However, if your spouse was a military personnel, your divorce would certainly be governed by the provisions mentioned in Armed Forces Act, notwithstanding the fact that the parties are Christians. Consequently you would be entitled to 50 percent of your spouse's benefits.
