Is it possible to file divorce and maintenance after filing DV case

Marriage under Hindu act. I have spent a lot to reconstruct my matrimonial house. I can show with some bills and bank passbook. If I take DV case is going on. If it goes in my favour. Then If I take Divorce, can I claim the share of that house. The house is on my husband name . I have two daughters.
You can always claim the house and your husband's 50% share of assets be it moveable assets or immovable assets as well as funds for your kids and for their well upbringing and moreso, do not agree for divorce until house and money is all well sorted, even if i suggest you an extreme suggestion, stay apart from your husband all life if you wish to and dont divorce him but after his death, you alongwith your children will get share of his entire wealth earned, so why bargain for less
