Hi,
I got married 4 months back in Faridabad near delhi. After that I moved to Bangalore with my wife. After spending sometime with her, I realised that she is not ready to take husband wife relationship further and want to end it. Later after thinking a lot what could be the reason, I checked her phone and found out she was involved with some other man even after marriage. By this time I had no clue what was going on and I just thought she is not comfortable right now .I told her this and asked what she wants now , she says she can not carry forward this relationship . I tried a lot to make up her mind for keeping marriage alive and have a happy life but she is somehow not ready and says everytime I will not able to do this and can't take this relationship. As of now I am in mental trauma , feel cheated because before marriage I asked her several times let me know if you have anyone in life and every time she said, if there was any one why would I marry you..plesse someone advic

It is too premature. You may take her to marriage counsellor. I can give you different types options to turn her towards married life. At this stage you cannot file divorce case. If medical grounds are there or marriage is not consumated then you can file divorce before one year of marriage.

As you informed of facts. For a divorce a year saparation is required. But in case if the marriage not consumated, then you can ho for divorce on this ground.
