My sister's husband has left her since a month.They've been married since 15 months.His family members are not leaving him to come back to my sister.He is neither paying anything nor settling the issue.What are the rights of a wife according to law? If we file divorce case what are the settlement that can be done.
Hi...you can file divorce case against him and at the same time you can also file a case for maintainence. You also have chance of filing Domestic violence case against him and also 498a for against him and his family members.
