In which circumstances null and void is working.

I m from bangladesh. My spouse form india we did civil marriage in kolkata on April 2018. For huge family issue he force to give mutual divorce. But I m not agree. He threat me he will apply null and void. Is that really works for our issue. I don't want divorce.
No at this point it cannot be made null and void, he is misleading. Do not think of divorce, rope him into maintenance and domestic violence cases and see it will work wonders and he will start obeying and respecting you
