In laws and hisband tourtourng me mentaly

My hisband and in laws tourchering me mentally they are not even ready for divorce and they are not even takibg me to home .so what can i do ??
madam file a case of domestic violence and also take a restraining order not to obstruct you in living in your matrimonial home and if husband is not paying maintenance file a case for maintenance also, further there are other reliefs in domestic violence act , thereafter you can think of divorce if things are not working between you and your husband
