In Adultery case Can I Claim Child Custody and Property from my wife

In 2014 I got a job which took me to North India at that time I couldn't take my family as my wife parlor business, I kept coming home every 4 to 5 months as I was in a probation period and a major project (I work in IT) in 2016 she called me and told me that she is having an affair, though it was a shock i came back to my home and tried to reconcile and ensure I set this right keeping in mind that it might have been an emotional need with me being away. everything was normal but last year in March 2019 she was saying that we should be together only for the sake of my daughter (13 years old) and not be like husband and wife kept me away physically and mentally, I sensed she has again got involved with someone and it was proven twice once my daughter said she heard her saying I love you to someone on the phone and i also put a listening device and heard her saying that on the phone, I am a Christian and she a Hindu we got married in Christian and Hindu way.
