I have been married for 5 years but am not happy with my married life..My husband doubts me and keeps on restricting me . I want to give divorce to my husband and marry other person and I asked the same to my husband but he is not willing to give me divorce...and I asked will u give consent that you have no problem if I live with other guy then he said ok come along with the guy you love then I will give you consent I have this call audio recorded.I know that my husband won't give divorce to me but I want to get seperated and start a new life..I have no children yet. Please kindly help
In legal terms the act what you want to do comes under adultery. though now adultery is not an offence but it is ethically and morally wrong. whatever differences you have with your husband sort them out and get legally divorced.
