I want to get divorce from my newly marriage

Dear Respected All,
I want divorce from my newly marriage life,
My marriage was done at 1st December, but we both of partner was not satisfied with our marriage life,
So we decided to get divorce,
Please help us and suggest best way to get same.

Hello if we both parties have agreed to get divorce and there is no dispute about the same then we can file a petition of divorce by mutual consent before the family court stating that the marriage has been broken down and that you have not been living as husband and wife and therefore parties to the petition be separated.
