I want my wife back to my home

28-Feb-2023 (In Divorce Law)
I have been married since 1 and half year according to Hindu traditions. My wife left my home after 3 months of our marriage because she says her workplace is far away from my home and asked me to stay separately. I am the only son and my parents are 70+ aged I have to look after them and I cannot stay separately. I asked her to change her job or leave her jobs if its hectic but she said job is her first priority and she cant leave. Can I send legal notice to bring her back to my home as she is not talking to me on calls or msgs since 2 months and her parents are saying they cant send her daughter to my home as her office is too far and they did not informed us that she wants to stay separately after marriage.

You may file for restitution of conjugal rights petition if she is not willing to cohabit and have conjugal relationship with you. Will be able to better advise if I know full facts of your case.

Please call to discuss further.
