I want divorce i did marriage through aryasamj.. plz advice me

I did aryasamaj marriage in march 2019 from m.p.
But now i want divorce ..and both of them are ready for it.. we didnot register our marriage.. so what i have to do now?? Plz suggest me....
Marriage performed at/through Arya Samaj is equal to a registered marriage.
No decree of divorce can be passed within one year of the marriage.
Even if both parties are ready, the Court rarely allows parties to file petition of divorce within one year of marriage.
You will have to wait till March 2020.
