I want an expert divorce lawyer

I want to file divorce on behalf of my son who lives in UK.The girl lives in india & never visited UK.she doesn't have passport. Passport authority refused to issue passport because of cheating & misinformation.she has deserted him & refused to meet when he was leaving for UK despite repeated call &request.she got abortion done without consent of my son in connivance of parent.we are muslim.

hello client as per the informarion you have given above is seems to be very much serious in the eyes of law. in the condition you son kives in U.K and you want divorce in india it can done but it nes to follow the spacific procedure which is been laid down especially for these type of cases . in your matter the divorce can be finallized in india itself you will not need to get any type of difficulty in overall procedure.

what I suggest you is that you please get a power of Attorney made in your name and file a civil suit for cancelation of marriage contract between your son and his wife. As muslim marriages are contract marriages and on the basis of non-performance of contract from his wife part this marriage can be disdolved by the court.

You can file divorce on the basis cruelty.
You need to prove your case so whatever evidences are available kindly collect them and file the divorce case in the concern court.
