I Don't want divorce but my husband needs

We got legal and social marriage 3 yrs back, under HMA. No kids yet. My inlaws always provoke my husband against me. He always use to say u r today's girl & they r bit orthodox, how 'll I handle? But at the end he always supported them. He never respect me in public. He always humiliate me just to dominate my thought process coz it's not matching with their orthodox thought process. I'm from kolkata I have done mba but after marriage only homemaker whereas I have big giant joint family of 40 members, and they all leave in village. None of the ladies of my family is even secondary pass out. Although I was leaving in siliguri with my husband but evry month they come or call us to stay in villlage for 10 days and provoke my husband against me and after they left or we come back, we fight like politicians. now it's the time that he totally decided to divorce me & so he left me at my parents house from last 3 months. ll he get divorce on any ground if I don't want to divorce him?
Do not divorce him, under any circumstances do not sign any papers, it is a clear case of domestic violence and you must go back to matrimonial house and stay there and do not move, if they torture you, can call police using your mobile and lodge general diary against them

You do not need to divorce your husband, if you have any document given by your husband which needs to shown to a lawyer for proper guidance, there are ways to block the divorce upon perusing such document given by your husband to you
