I am in US and wife not picking calls can i go meet my child legally

HI, I am in US since last year and half. My wife denied to come with me and eventually she stopped picking my phone. I am planning to go to India for 3 weeks to see my wife and kid. In this situation, how can I make sure she allows me to meet my kid and spend good time. Will she be able to create legal problems?

In general your wife cannot deny you your visitation or child custody rights without the court orders.
If at all your wife had filed for divorce/498a/ child custody, by this time you should have ideally received summons from the court.
So in absence of summons, we can presume that there are no court proceedings.
in any case, your wife cannot deny you your visitation rights or child custody rights and if there is any problem please visit the nearest police station or contact your lawyer.
