The husband and wife are not staying together for 2 years now. The husband wants a divorce but the wife is pressurizing him only for money and is not giving him a divorce. Whenever he tries to file a divorce, the wife files a false accusation against him and obviously because she is a woman, she gets favored. The husband just wants a peaceful divorce ASAP. What will he do? The wife is very torturing and only not giving him divorce because of money. She is also having affairs around. She gets favored all the time by filing false accusations but the husband's case gets ignored. Its been 2 years they don't stay together. What will he do to get the divorce in the right way?
Does the husband has strict evidence of the wife's extra marital affair, if yes, without informing the wife a contested divorce may be filed against the wife, there are judgements on the same that a wife cannot enjoy or sail on two boats, if adultery proved no maintenance and cruelty if proved, divorce shall be granted by the respective learned court
