Husband says paying house loan.Me or my child hav rights in property

During maintenance case. My husband has stated he is paying rent, additionally he states paying home loan. So whwn he is paying home loan and has a house then why rent? Could you pls let me know how i can counter him? Vil me or my child have rights in his property? If yes, how to go about? What should be done
You have to counter that objecting and during the time of arguments , you can file O.S suit for not alienating the property and obtain interim injunction so that he can nothing to do with that property , if he filed false affidavit even you can file application for initiating proceedings for filing false affidavit .
