Husband not paying interest to stay together

Dear lawyer,
My husband went to USA after marriage with in 19 days. He is not paying interest in taking me to USA. Also on force he applied for my visa and not sending proper documents. I dont know what might be the reason. How can i proceed? Apart from in laws are abusing for not bringing dowry.

First call for mediation with help of family elders and try to settle differences if any. If other party is not forthcoming or using deceptive tactics you should do the following:
1) You should file for restitution of conjugal rights with your husband in the nearest court and
2) also file a 498A complaint against your in laws in the nearest police station.
