Husband missing and not taking care of kid and wife

Hi, Am working in private sector. My husband was in dubai and he came to kerala on nov 3rd, but from his office i came to know that he came to india on oct 10th. Once he came to kerala, he went missing/went to mumbai on dec21st after informing others that he dnt wish to continue relation wiith me. Now a days he used to call his mom via whatsapp for not providing his contact number and not calling or taking care of his kid. My baby is 5year old girl baby..... When we enquired in mumbai we came to knw he was with his girl friend in october and stayed there... now i want to know how i can proceed against him legally? Is my kid eligible for child maintenanc from him and his property? He is a single son for his parents. We belong to hindu religion.
you can file petition under domestic violence act as well as under section 125 of cr p c to get maintenance to yourself and your child. apart from that you can also file petition to attach your husband's property for the amount due go you.
