Hi, I'm married to a 7yr younger man I'm 31, he's 24 he has been taking substances lately whenever i go to my mother's house. And he has been mentally Torturing me he tries to beg for help in money then abuses me taking my past boyfriend name' who is not even in picture. He is normal 2 days 3rd day again acting agressive. He tries to cut his hand front of my family members. I love him a lot but this is creating so much disturbance in my life. Im not able to focus on my career as well.
First of all you go and file a Non Cognizable Complaint with the nearest Police station for threats given by him to you. If you want to go for divorce, then you will have to file a petition in the court mentioning all the cruelties that have been inflicted upon you by him. If you don't want to go for divorce and continue with your matrimonial ties with him then a case under Domestic Violence Act might prove deterent for him to inflict cruelties on you.

Well, you can take him to a Rehabilitation Centre. He is not mentally fit and it is your responsibility being an ideal and lawfully wedded wife to take care of him and get him treated, so that, you can enjoy with him for the rest of your life.
