Can I file a LOC and get him back to India. Please suggest me the procedure.
Hello madam, have you filed any case on him in any court? If you have filed any case then let me know the exact status of your case. If you have not filed any case on him then immediately give a complaint in police station. Inform them that he cheated you and ran away to other country by leaving you here. Loc is very long process. Directly Loc won't get registered on a person without any particular evidence.
