Husband harassing family after talaq and khula what to do

Hi my ex husband has filed a case saying im missing as he had already called out talaq on phone and i had witneses when he was out for 6months but later when he came back he refused about the talaq so i applied for khula and went to foriegn and in my absense he is harrasing my family through police sayin im missing. What should I do?
File a complaint against your Ex-Husband in case if he is really harassing your or to move to the court for appropriate remedy before the family court. I also suggest you to settle issue amicable at the first instance, if not , then agitate before the court of law.
