Husband Filed For Divorce But Wife Not Ready To Give

My husband stays in USA. He filed for divorce 2 years back. My question is can we file a divorce case in the US where my husband is residing while there is is divorce case going on in India here at flaming court. Thanks. Please respond.

it is not permitted to have two divorce proceedings being conducted simultaneously.
also divorce decrees awarded by overseas courts (read USA) are not valid in India unless it is a mutual consent divorce. so it is better to file a divorce in Indian courts only
