Husband behaves very badly but doesnt want divorce because of alimony

My husband was behaving very badly to me and wanted divorce. I slapped him after this and went out of the home came to my home but now he is not applying divorce because he dont want to pay compensation then my family spoke to him to let me stay with him as he is not separating legally then I came to stay with him, he say you will stay in separate room he dont talk to me if I ask something he replies very rudely just buy food 2 times in a day from market and give that to me. He dont allow me to come to his bedroom even.
