How to take divorce from my wife

Hello I was marry with a girl at march 2016. Without any information of both family. And me and my wife don't leve together. But some times we meet. Bucz me and my wife leaves in delhi. But I am studying and do contractual job government office. Now her brother forced to break relation with me bucz I am Bihari. And I would like to take a divorce. Plz guide me what way to take divorce
जैसा आपने बताया कि आपकी पत्नी का भाई और आप स्वयं भी तलाक लेने के इच्छुक हैं, तो एक बार आपका फर्ज बनता है कि आप अपनी पत्नी की इच्छा भी जान लें।
